How do I even begin to thank Aletha at Pearls Events? We had the most amazing wedding day and I already want to do it again! Aletha helped me prepare our timeline for the big day and assisted in making sure all my vendors were set. She was always there to run ideas by and to answer any questions I had.
The day would not have been as seamless without her helpful suggestions. The wedding was flawless and absolutely perfect! I don't know what I would have done without her! Thank you, Aletha!!!!

Aletha from Pearls Events is no less then superb! She is so creative, positive and plannful! I was incredibly busy with work while planning my wedding and did not know what I needed to know. Aletha would put my worries instantly at ease and give me great recommendations to vendors that made life so easy. And that was just the planning process.
On the day of our event she worked over 16 hours with her team! The event was beyond flawless, it was so incredibly beautiful! I notice every little detail and Aletha did an amazing job taking care of all of them. The day after the wedding my new husband and I both said that everything was either exactly how we expected it, or better!
I had a lot of ideas but no clue about how to carry them out, Aletha was able to point me in the right direction. She was great at recommending the vendors she thought would work best for me, this was so helpful in controlling the confusion and stress of decision making. I can’t imagine how the day would have turned out without her, I know it would have been a million times more stressful and not nearly as beautiful.
I was planning my wedding from out of town and contacted Aletha primarily by e-mail. She was great at responding quickly. I loved her honest responses, I could ask her if ideas were good, bad, or tacky and she’d let me know. She was also great at making time available for me when I was in town.

While I first cringed when Aaron suggested we hire a planner to ease my already busy schedule and overspent budget, I am here to tell you that I would pay for Aletha all over again! We actually started out just hiring Pearls Events as our Day of Coordinator, but soon realized the full value this team brings to the table. The best feeling I had was at 3pm the day before my wedding... I showed up at Aletha's house, dropped off all the precious and important items that we'd be using the next day and I remember driving away thinking "wow, that's it - I'm done and Aletha will make sure everything else goes as plans." My wedding day was so unbelievably stress-free as I could count on Aletha and team to do any and all of the last minute things that popped up and to make sure that everything stayed on time and according to plan. It was also really nice for our parents as they didn't have to run around making sure things were getting done - they were actually able to enjoy the day too.
Big value areas for me: helped me interview vendors, which kept me focused and provided an objective opinion; was the only other person besides me that knew exactly how everything was supposed to go (a simple DOC is not able to provide this ... need to have someone along for the ride the whole ride, not just the last mile); because she understood our vision, she was able to make game day decisions without having to bother me; sanity check - we reviewed budgets, timelines, assumptions, etc. I completely trusted her and knew that she would do a great job - and she did!

I am so happy we booked Aletha from Pearls Events. We were on a budget so were hesitant to have this service. Aletha saved us so much money! In addition to helping us select our vendors, coordinate the rehearsal, set up the decor and table settings on the day-of, help me with my dress throughout the day, communicate with all the vendors, coordinate the day of events, she poured almost 100 glasses of champagne, and cut over 100 slices of cake.
I didn't know how much work it was to pull off a wedding and thanks to Aletha I still don't! It is amazing just how fast the day goes by; I was so thankful for Aletha because she helped me make most of the day. Because she knows weddings in and out, she would say, "This is something I wish I would have done on my wedding day." This insight was invaluable.
In addition, it was so awesome to have someone else watch the clock making sure the day's events happened. With Aletha at Pearls Events, I was able to be the bride and only the bride!

Pearls Events was one of the first few vendors that we booked, and it was a wise decision. Having Aletha as our DOC allowed me to truly enjoy every little moment of my day. Surprisingly, I was extremely calm, maybe even too calm and I attribute a lot of that to Aletha. We had a situation arise during our wedding day that I was not even aware happened. Aletha was so on top of things, that she had it resolved before it was even brought to our attention.
